Victorias City Scandal

Once again another sex scandal is now roaming on the cellphone and maybe soon be seen here on the net. This time an alleged school teacher and his student was involved on the said scandal in Victorias City, Negros Occidental. The said acts was vehemently condemned by the church because it is such an immoral action which againts the law of God. As of now the Department of Education is now investigating the said case and according to them, the teacher who was involved on the said sex scandal might be charged according to the law and might be faces a much heavy punishment from DepED.
